Public Consultation on the Highams Park Plan launched 7th January 2019

Waltham Forest Council has now launched its formal public consultation on the Highams Park Neighbourhood Plan (the HP Plan)  prepared by the Highams Park Planning Group. You have until 18th February to comment.
