Update on Highams Park Shop Local Day – Saturday 6th June 11:00 am until 3:00 pm

We’ve just finalised the plans for Shop Local Day on this coming Saturday, so we thought we’d send you the attached booklet so you can see what’s going on and where. But here’s a quick summary of what’s happening:

• This is meant to be a fun day supporting and discovering your local shops who are offering discounts on products and services. Plus there’s fun for all the family with a roundabout, playbus, bouncy castle, balloon modelling, live music, a DJ, games, face painting, Zumba dancing and other entertainment. There will also be craft stalls dotted about the town centre.
• TSS have given us permission to give the hoardings at the Regal a facelift and you can watch a brilliant young artist at work during the day transforming the appearance of a key building in the centre of town.
• There will also be a surprise attraction in the station car park, so come along and check it out.
• If you are driving don’t forget that there’s 3 hours free parking at Tesco!
